Chub Salad

This a really simple dish, but don’t let that fool you. It’s great tasting and less filling.
No, wait…….that’s Lite Beer from Miller.
But any way, this is some good shit, and the credit goes to Jennifer for this one.

You will need:

1 Large Red Bell Pepper.
1 Large Yellow Bell Pepper.
1 large Orange Bell Pepper.
1 6-inch stick of Salami, (this is called a chub, for some reason).
¼ cup of shredded Parmesan cheese.
½ cup of good Italian salad dressing.

Some assembly required:

Wash up the bell peppers, and remove the stems and seeds.
Cut up the bell peppers into small bite sized chunks.
Peel that thick, tough, white shit off of the Salami, (It’s hard to do, I know).
Cut the Salami up into small bite sized chunks.
Put the peppers and the Salami into a large bowl, and then pour the dressing over everything.
Stir up the whole mess, and then add in the cheese.
Chill for half an hour, then stir it up again, serve and
Enjoy.
