Pork Rub.


Pork Rub.

If used for smoking Butt, cover meat with Dijon mustard/beer mix, then add rub.


2T Kosher salt.
5T Brown sugar.
1T Cayenne pepper.
1T Paprika.
1T Granulated onion.
1T Granulated garlic
2T Black pepper.
1T English mustard, dry.
1T Celery seed.
1t Coriander.
1t Cumin.
1t White pepper.

Optional additions.

1/4C Coffee grounds OR
2T Instant espresso.



Makes two cups.
