 Robot coupe or blender.

2 Lg eggs.
1T Lemon juice.
2 1/4C olive oil.
1 Pinch Cayenne pepper.
1t Chopped capers.
1t Kosher salt.
1/2t Pepper.

Add cold water if necessary for consistency.
