Chili Encrusted Pork Tenderloin



Pork:

2# Pork Roast, Brined.

For the rub:

1T Mild Chili Powder.
1T Medium Hot to hot chili Powder.
1T Chipotle chili Powder.
1t Cinnamon.
1t  Garlic Powder.
1T Salt.

For the sauce:

1T Olive Oil.
1 Lg Clove Garlic.
1T  Leftover Rub.
2T Orange Juice.
3/4C Chix Stock.
1t Honey.
1T Butter.
